2017 Accomplishments: Like Kylee Alons, Bartel claimed four titles at the state swim meet and helped the Sabercats claim the Class 5A title.
What’s in store for 2018: Bartel won her fifth state title, cementing herself as one of the dominant swimmers in state history. She will head to Stanford after graduation this year.
What will make 2018 more special than previous years: “We’ve gotten to know each other so well over the last three years. This year is about more than just swimming. It’s a great way to end our high school careers and kick off the start of college.”
