You couldn’t as a quarterback to play much better than Brock Osweiler did during the first half of the Denver Broncos matchup versus the Pittsburgh Steelers. After going 25 series without scoring a touchdowns (nearly two full games), Osweiler led the Broncos on four touchdown drives.

The Broncos’ fourth touchdown came on a 7-yard scramble from Osweiler, himself.
Following Denver’s last touchdown, though, a 6-yard pass to Demaryius Thomas, Osweiler left the game with an apparent shoulder injury.
Injury update for the Broncos: QB Brock Osweiler (left shoulder, non-throwing) is probable to return.

Trevor Siemian was forced to come in and take one last snap (a kneel down) before the Broncos went into the locker for halftime; hopefully, that’s the last snap he takes all year.
Expect Osweiler to be back on the field as the Broncos grab the second-half kickoff, but it’s definitely something to keep an eye on.
