The Denver Broncos have received approval from the state of Colorado and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment to host approximately 5,700 fans for the remaining six regular-season games at Empower Field at Mile High, it was announced on Monday. This decision is an extension of the previously approved seating capacity guidelines in place when the Broncos hosted approximately 5,700 fans at their second home game against Tampa Bay on Sept. 27.

Working together closely with the state and public health experts, the Broncos will continue to re-evaluate fan attendance for future home games and will adjust based on the latest recommendations from health officials.

Beginning with the Broncos’ next home game against Miami (Sunday, Oct. 18, 2:05 p.m. MDT), Season Ticket Members will have the opportunity to purchase six-game regular-season ticket packages (weighted by priority number with the ticket office contacting STMs starting today). The team will also reserve a select number of ticket inventory for a Season Ticket Member single-game presale set for Tuesday, Oct. 13.

All ticket inventory will be limited to the 100 level, 300 level, United Clubs and suites/premium areas. If a decision is made to increase seating capacity, Season Ticket Members will have first access to any new ticket inventory.

As a reminder, the following safety protocols and changes to the gameday environment—that were first introduced for the Broncos’ game vs. Tampa Bay on Sept. 27—will remain in effect at Empower Field at Mile High:

Seats will be sold in “pods” of two and four tickets, and sections are separated into smaller groups with designated entry, concession and restroom areas to limit fan exposure in alignment with the state’s outdoor event guidance. Suite seating options—with limited capacity—are also available first to current Broncos premium members.

With the health and safety of players, staff and fans the No. 1 priority, face coverings are required at all times (unless eating or drinking). There are also several social distancing requirements, which include no tailgating or congregating inside the concourses/stadium bowl.

Empower Field at Mile High has become an entirely mobile/cashless stadium, with reverse ATMs available for fans who bring cash. The stadium has also installed touchless restrooms, improved air purification systems and increased sanitization protocols while providing extensive staff training.
