Denver Broncos guard Evan Mathis has a pretty darn good sense of humor.
Or maybe he’s ticked off at us…
Who knows?
On Tuesday Mile High Sports revealed its “Studs and Duds” through two weeks of the 2015 season and Mathis checked in at Dud No. 3. The former Eagles guard received negative scores from PFF of -2.5 and -.5 in the Broncos first two games respectively and has looked a little bit rusty. Here’s what we wrote about Mathis yesterday:
Mathis has struggled with the Broncos so far, no matter how you look at it. But don’t give up on him yet, the guy has only played two games after signing in late August and seeing no preseason action. Mathis should be just fine down the stretch — We hope.
Last night the MHS Twitter account sent this out featuring the story.

Mathis responded a little later in the evening…

That video never, ever gets old — and is hysterical.
“Nothing means nothing,” Macho Man Randy Savage says. “I’m talking about all the way to top. Yeah. I’m (justifiably?) in a position that I’d rather not be in but the cream will rise to the top! Oh yeah…”
Love it.
We think Mathis meant it in good fun… We think.
