The Denver Broncos did a little spring cleaning on Friday. Needing to make room to sign undrafted free agents, they have placed three players on waivers.

Iosia spent the final week of the 2016 season on the Broncos practice squad. He, along with McKay and Overbaugh were signed to futures contracts in January. None of the three have previous NFL game experience.
Denver also signed veteran running back Jamaal Charles to a one-year contract earlier this week. Prior to Friday’s moves, the Broncos have 78 players on their roster. According to Wolfe, they are planning on signing at least 15 undrafted free agents, necessitating the moves.
