Colorado Rockies outfielder Charlie Blackmon was at the Hard Rock Cafe Denver on Friday unveiling a new hamburger he created called the “Chuck Nazty”, which is also Blackmon’s nickname.
The Celebrity Burger was a big hit among media, fans and reps from different organizations in attendance. Here are the burger details: It’s a brioche bun, a Certified Angus Beef Patty prepared with Cajun seasoning, Tex-Mex mac ‘n’ cheese with peppers and onions, guacamole, jalapeño salsa and it’s served with fries.
The coolest part? $1 from each burger sold at the Hard Rock Cafe Denver will go to Children’s Hospital Colorado which is one of the top pediatric hospitals in the nation.
Mile High Sports was there and documented the experience on Twitter.

Say what you will about the Rockies, but Blackmon is impossible not to like.
He’s a good dude who’s down to earth and easy to chat with. He also can get on board with a great cause. Kudos to Blackmon, the Hard Rock Cafe Denver and all involved for helping out the Children’s Hospital Colorado.
