The Colorado Rockies have scratched Jorge De La Rosa for his scheduled start on Tuesday in Cincinnati against the Reds due to a cut in his hand. For his replacement the Rockies have called up Chris Rusin to make his major league debut.

Rusin has a 3-2 record with a 6.29 ERA for the Albuquerque Isotopes this season.
