DeMarcus Ware and Demaryius Thomas became great friends during the 2015 season – to the point that they took a celebratory trip to Africa together as a way to celebrate their Super Bowl 50 victory. They gave themselves more to celebrate in the first half of Sunday’s game against the Indianapolis Colts.
First, Thomas pulled in his 463rd career reception as a Denver Bronco, passing legendary wide receiver Ed McCaffrey for fourth place on the team’s all-time list. Rod Smith is Denver’s top all-time receiver with 849.

Later in the half, DeMarcus Ware and Von Miller got to Andrew Luck on a third down for a sack that moved Ware into sole possession of ninth place in NFL history. Ware has 19.5 of those sacks in a Denver uniform
With that half sack, Broncos LB @DeMarcusWare has moved into sole possession of 9th place in NFL history with 136.5 career sacks.
