The Denver Broncos ‘ALL IN. ALL COVERED.’ initiative has taken off with massive traction and widespread participation across the state of Colorado for high school football.
Denver Broncos statewide initiative sees 96% participation
The Broncos ALL IN. ALL COVERED. is the single largest philanthropic investment in franchise history and it’s already paying off across the state of Colorado.

In January, the Denver Broncos Foundation teamed up with Riddell and CHSAA to launch the initiative, distributing more than 15,000 new Riddell Axiom smart helmets to high school football teams around the state, at no cost to the school.
One of the biggest challenges high school football programs face across the country is making sure they raise enough money to refurbish or replace outdated football helmets. In an effort to help keep the game safe, the Broncos’ investment through this program is designed to help eliminate those obstacles for teams while giving them the most up-to-date technology and equipment.
The Walton-Penner Family Ownership Group and the Broncos have not only invested in trying to find ways to reduce the various barriers that affect participation in football, but have also invested in helping find ways to make the game safer.
Nearly two and a half months after it was announced and launched, 96% of Colorado high schools, 267 out of 277, have registered to participate.
Incredible statewide support and momentum for Broncos’ ALL IN. ALL COVERED. program.

On Wednesday, team owner and Foundation Board Chair member Carrie Walton Penner and Peyton Manning, who is a Riddell Ambassador, visited the Riddell Factory in North Ridgeville, Ohio, to get a visual look at some of the first Colorado helmets being made.
Ownership’s investment in preserving high school athletics and making participation easier and safer has been a top priority for them. In 2024, High School Girls Flag Football became a CHSAA-sanctioned sport after the Broncos helped launch the pilot program that saw widespread interest and participation.
Now, their investment is continuing to impact the sport of football, and their involvement is expected to increase even more over the next handful of years.
