After missing practice last week and Sunday’s game against the Las Vegas Raiders, the Denver Broncos saw defensive end D.J. Jones return to practice on Wednesday.

What does the injury report look like following Wednesday’s practice?

Denver Broncos Wednesday Injury Report: D.J. Jones returns

The injury report looks to be in a good spot for the Denver Broncos for the most part after Wednesday’s practice.

Defensive end D.J. Jones had an ankle injury last week that kept him out of action, but he was back on the field on Wednesday and was a full participant, which means he should be good to go this week against the Green Bay Packers.

With left guard Ben Powers returning to the field, his 21-day window was officially opened. He was a limited participant during today’s practice, which means he participated in team stretch and position-specific drills. It’s not expected that he’ll return and play this Sunday, but his aiming point could be next Sunday vs. the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Not only did Powers and Jones return to the field, but tight end Nate Adkins was also back on the field for the first time since suffering a knee injury in Week 8 against the Dallas Cowboys. He was a limited participant and should progress well this week. We’ll see if he upgrades to being a full participant on Thursday or Friday.

The only player who did not participate in practice on Wednesday was rookie wide receiver Pat Bryant. Last week, Bryant popped up on the injury report with a hamstring injury, but played in Sunday’s game against the Raiders. We’ll see if Bryant returns to the field this week in any capacity.
