The Denver Broncos’ injury report on Wednesday, ahead of their Sunday showdown against the Las Vegas Raiders, has shortened in comparison to the last handful of weeks, and they could be getting some help. However, they were without two key players during Wednesday’s practice.

Last week against the Washington Commanders, the Broncos saw the return of Patrick Surtain II and Alex Singleton. Both of those players are off the injury report entirely, and Denver’s list this week has dwindled down to four total players.

Outside linebacker Jonah Elliss (hamstring) and cornerback Reese Taylor (chest) were full participants. Elliss has missed the last two games with his injury, but it looks like he is on track to potentially return on Sunday against the Raiders. He was moving well in practice.

Tight end Nate Adkins (knee) and defensive lineman D.J. Jones (ankle) were not spotted at practice and did not participate.

We’ll see if Adkins or Jones appear on Thursday when Denver takes the field again.
