The Denver Broncos wrapped up their only open practice of the week before they conclude one final walkthrough before Thursday Night Football on Wednesday. What’s the latest on the injury front as Denver races to get healthy before they face the Los Angeles Chargers?

The Denver Broncos held a walkthrough on Tuesday, just 48 hours after they beat the Indianapolis Colts to get to their ninth win of the season. Tuesday’s walkthrough was open to the media but only for team stretch.

During observation of the stretch period, every Broncos player on the roster was accounted for, including Patrick Surtain II, Riley Moss, D.J. Jones, Jaleel McLaughlin, Malcolm Roach, Quinn Meinerz, and John Franklin-Myers, players who had already been dealing with injury (Moss) or came out of Sunday’s game banged up.

Roach and Meinerz came away from Sunday’s game okay and were not impacted by injury this week, which is why they weren’t listed on the report.

Surtain II was an estimated full participant on Monday and Tuesday.

Moss upgraded from DNP on Monday to an estimated limited participant during Tuesday’s walkthrough. This is a big step in the right direction towards a potential return for him, whether that be on Thursday Night Football or next Saturday against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Jones and McLaughlin were also designated as estimated limited participants.

The only Broncos player who was an estimated DNP was defensive lineman John Franklin-Myers, who had the same designation during Monday’s walkthrough. If he’s listed as a DNP on Wednesday, too, it would put his game status in doubt against the Chargers.

Denver will have one more walkthrough on Wednesday and will release their final game statuses afterward before they travel to Los Angeles later in the afternoon.
