The Denver Broncos have officially released their final injury and game status report ahead of Sunday’s game against the Baltimore Ravens. Denver will be without two players this week, including a defensive starter.

Denver Broncos rule P.J. Locke out Sunday, release fullback Michael Burton

The Denver Broncos are en route to Baltimore after wrapping up Friday’s practice. When they take the field on Sunday, they’ll be without starting safety P.J. Locke for the second consecutive week with a thumb injury. Locke suffered the injury last week in practice and missed last Sunday’s win against the Carolina Panthers, and will be out again this week against Lamar Jackson and the Ravens.

Safety Delarrin Turner-Yell (knee) has also been ruled out. He returned to practice for the first time this week, opening his 21-day window. That will carry into next week, but he won’t make his return this Sunday. When he does return, there will have to be a procedural move on the 53-man roster to make way for his return from the PUP list.

On Friday, the Broncos released veteran fullback Michael Burton and promoted practice squad offensive lineman Calvin Throckmorton to the 53-man roster, where he’ll serve as the backup to starting center Alex Forsyth on Sunday. The reason this move took place was because Throckmorton was out of practice squad elevations to the gameday roster.

Burton will sign back onto the Broncos practice squad on Saturday morning and will be elevated for Sunday’s game against the Ravens.

Offensive tackle Mike McGlinchey (knee) upgraded from limited participation on Thursday to full participation on Friday and is good to go for Sunday’s game. Alex Palczewski will return as his backup.

Everybody else is good to go, including Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson. He missed Wednesday and Thursday’s practice but returned as a full participant and told Baltimore reporters that he’s 100% to go. Jackson has since been removed from their injury report.

Kickoff is slated for 11:00 a.m. MT on CBS with Tony Romo and Jim Nantz on the call.
