According to the Westgate Las Vegas Sportbook, the Denver Nuggets over/under win total heading into 2018-2019 season is set for 47.5.
After a season where the Nuggets won 46 games, a jump to 47 wins would put Denver back in the postseason for the first time in five years. After missing out on the playoffs by one game each of the last two seasons, the projections currently have the Nuggets finishing sixth in the Western Conference.
According to @LVSuperBook, here are there western conference playoff teams:
Warriors 62.5
Rockets 54.5
Thunder 50.5
Lakers 48.5
Jazz 48.5
Nuggets 47.5
Pelicans 45.5
Timberwolves 44.5— T.J. McBride (@TJMcBrideNBA) August 5, 2018
The over/under is a great projection for a Nuggets team that has improved record wise each of the past four seasons. Next season certainly projects to be a boom-or-bust year for the Nuggets and head coach Michael Malone, and a 47.5 win total would undoubtedly make for a successful season.
