The Colorado Eagles are going back to the Western Conference Finals.
The Eagles advance after a nail-biting 1-0 overtime victory over their division rivals, the Idaho Steelheads, to complete the series sweep.
After a phenomenal effort the night before, the Eagles would once again find themselves relying on Eagles goaltender Joe Cannata to lead the way. He finished the game making 47 saves in the victory to guide the Eagles back to the Western Conference Finals.

Throughout the game, each team found plenty of opportunities in the special teams department, as the Eagles ended the night 0-5 on the powerplay, and the Steelheads went 0-4 on the night.
However, the Eagles would have the last laugh. Forward Drayson Bowman converted on a loose puck in the Steelheads’ goal crease, sneaking it past goaltender Philippe Desrosiers at the 13:32 mark of the overtime period to clinch the victory.
