The Denver Nuggets selected Jamal Murray with the seventh overall pick in the NBA draft, and former seventh overall pick, Emmanuel Mudiay, is excited to play alongside his new teammate.
The Nuggets have now laid the foundation for what will be the future of their back court, and it starts with these guys.
Mudiay welcomed Murray to the Mile High City on Twitter.

Murray has played with Mudiay in the past, and told reporters over the phone that he cannot wait to play along side the “Congo Kid” once again.
“He’s a strong guard. He’s big. He’s crafty. He is working on his game constantly,” Murray said. “It will be good. Really, looking to starting with him and working with the rest of the team.”
The future is bright for the Denver Nuggets’ guards.
