Brock Osweiler helped lead the Denver Broncos to a 25-13 win over the Indianapolis Colts Thursday night. The quarterback, who entered the game in the second quarter after starter Trevor Siemian went down with injury, spoke postgame about the team and finding their rhythm on offense.
“We had a great rhythm tonight,” Osweiler said. “Any time you’re able to run the football with that kind of success, you’re going to get man-to-man coverage outside. Now DT [Demaryius Thomas], Emmanuel [Sanders], Cody [Latimer], Bennie [Fowler] all those guys can go take advantage of one-on-one coverage outside.”
Osweiler finished the night 12-for-17 for 194 yards with two passing touchdowns for a 147.7 quarterback rating. He also ran for an 18-yard touchdown, as well.
