The Denver Broncos failed to meet expectations in the 2016, finishing with a 9-7 record and missing the playoffs for the first time since the 2010 season. As Broncos fans expect more from their team, they won’t be expected to pay more to see them in 2017.
For the first time since 2011, the Broncos will not be reading ticket prices. The average price will remain at $101 per seat.
“I think there came a point where our guys thought our fans had been so loyal and been through so much, it was just the right time to take a break from raising ticket prices,” Broncos president/CEO told the Denver Post.
The Broncos boast the longest home sellout streak in the NFL; a steak that has amassed nearly 400 games and has lasted 47 years.
