The Denver Broncos are rebuilding a bad team and one of those pillars needing repair is at quarterback. Case Keenum has been underwhelming and time is running out with only a year left on Keenum’s contract.
There’s no question Denver would be interested in a name like Carson Wentz if the Eagles all of a sudden felt a sudden rush to trust Nick Foles with the franchise, but would Philadelphia be interested in a blockbuster deal of ridiculous value in return for the franchise quarterback? Knowing fully that they are covered at quarterback with Foles, who just finished leading them to another playoff appearance?
Broncos Blitz podcast host Ronnie Kohrt discusses the far’fetched idea and how realistic it really is.
And as the offseason rumors begin to pick up. Kohrt also dissects the interest in Antonio Brown and wonders why Denver is even bothering with the high-profile wide receiver? Or is Brown exactly what the Broncos offense needs?
From @NFLGameDay: The #Steelers are going to get trade offers for Antonio Brown, and rival GMs predict they'll be able to at least get a 2nd rounder. The #Broncos are expected to be one of many teams interested. pic.twitter.com/Hz16So8pwV
