Little did he know, the NFL would announce that the Broncos and Panthers would face off in a Super Bowl rematch to open the 2016 regular season the very next day. And while that game will be a big one for the reigning champs, it’s really just the first step towards repeating. For Cam Newton and the Panthers, though, it’s revenge.
Newton said as much on Instagram … we think.

Still, the point is clear: He’s looking for revenge. And the Broncos will be ready.
