LOOK: Rockies All-Stars go cruising in Miami

How do you celebrate the day after the All-Star Game if you’re in Miami? With a boat trip, of course.

On Wednesday, the Colorado Rockies’ four All-Stars were spotted cruising the Miami River on a posh boat. The fine folks at the Purple Dino Podcast were dining along the river and spotted Nolan Arenado, Charlie Blackmon, DJ LeMahieu and Greg Holland out enjoying a midday cruise the day after the Midsummer Classic.

Shortly after that the PDP crew caught up with the guys at a restaurant, where they posed for a quick picture.

The National League lost to the American League 2-1 in Tuesday’s All-Star Game, despite a pair of hits from Arenado. The two-time Silver Slugger became the first Rockies player in franchise history to record multiple hits in an All-Star Game.

Blackmon was 0-for-3 in the game, but did make some nice defensive plays.

Holland allowed one hit and struck out two in the eighth inning to keep the score tied at 1-1.

LeMahieu did not play as he continues to heal a groin injury.

The All-Stars are scheduled to return to their teammates on Thursday. The Rockies open up the second half of the season in New York against the Mets on Friday.
