Matt Paradis has been the definition of consistency for the Denver Broncos, starting 55 consecutive games over the past 3.5 years. According to Pro Football Focus, the 27-year old is not only an iron man, but he is also the highest graded center in the NFL in 2018.

Of all centers that have logged at least 300 snaps this season, Paradis’ grade of 84.5 leads the league by a wide margin. The next closest players are Philadelphia’s Jason Kelce (81.9) and Atlanta’s Alex Mack (78.1).

Through the first seven games this year, Paradis has played 100 percent of Denver’s offensive snaps and has only been called for holding once (Sept. 16). In his entire NFL career, Paradis has been flagged for six total penalties. In comparison, second-year tackle Garett Bolles has been responsible for 17 accepted penalties in the last 23 games.
