Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting the Denver Nuggets have agreed to send JaVale McGee and a 1st round pick to the Philadelphia 76ers. This is strictly a cost-cutting move by Tim Connelly.
McGee is in the 3rd year of a 4-year, $44 million dollar contract. He is making $12 million this year and is scheduled to make $12 million next year.
Denver has agreed to send JaVale McGee to Philadelphia, along with a first-round pick via OKC, league source tells Yahoo Sports.
