Cam Johnson went down to the floor holding his right knee after landing awkwardly during the fourth quarter of Tuesday night’s game vs the Dallas Mavericks.
It was a scary moment, and until the Denver Nuggets share an update following an MRI, it will continue to be a scary moment for Nuggets fans and the organization alike. The Nuggets might be able to survive a significant injury to Johnson, but having to test that sounds cruel, especially after he had figured so many things out in the last month.
On the latest episode of Pickaxe and Roll, Ryan Blackburn breaks down the Denver Nuggets loss at the buzzer against the Dallas Mavericks. He goes over the decision by Nikola Jokic to pass to Peyton Watson rather than shoot the ball himself. He also discusses the Cam Johnson injury and how concerning it is for the Nuggets in the short term and possibly long term.
