The Colorado Buffaloes men’s basketball team is looking to bounce back from a good season that ended in a disappointing loss in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. Entering his seventh year, Tad Boyle has his deepest team yet, led by four fifth-year seniors.
Making his CU debut will be UCCS transfer and senior guard Derrick White, a two-time DII All-American, who boasts pretty high expectations entering this campaign. The Buffs also benefit from the return of redshirt guard/forward Xavier Johnson who missed the entire 2015-2016 season with a torn achilles, in addition to a slew of talented freshmen.
