Summer has officially turned to fall, and basketball is right around the corner. The Denver Nuggets, after revealing their new floor design, now look to get their players back on the court for training camp.

One player they will reportedly be without is second year center Jusuf Nurkic. Nurkic had knee surgery in May and was given a time table of three to four months to return, which is right in line for when the Nuggets will begin camp. “We’re going to take our time with him,” general manager Tim Connelly told Chris Dempsey of the Denver Post. “He’ll be out there when he’s ready.” Although Nurkic is unavailable to practice, he is still getting some work in. He posted this video of him shooting at the Pepsi Center last week.

The Nuggets probably won’t want to see him taking too many 3’s in the regular season, but the knee doesn’t appear to be bothering him too much.
