Zach LaVine has been in trade rumors for a while, and now, he’s a consideration for the Denver Nuggets.
The Nuggets are canvassing the league for options on the trade market, or at least they were. LaVine was a name that popped up as one they were considering more than usual. The team has had interest in LaVine before, and Bulls executive decision maker Arturas Karnisovas is a former member of the Nuggets front office.
There’s a possibility that a deal gets done here, perhaps more possible than other large trade proposals in the past.
On the latest episode of Pickaxe and Roll, Ryan Blackburn breaks down the Denver Nuggets interest in Chicago Bulls wing Zach LaVine and why it makes sense. Why are the Nuggets interested in Zach LaVine if defense is their primary issue? What are the pros and cons of such a move? Ryan shares his thoughts, discusses what else could happen if not a LaVine trade, and then previews tonight’s Nuggets game vs the Portland Trail Blazers.
