After a 35-9 drubbing at the hands of the Miami Dolphins, Denver Broncos head coach Vance Joseph addressed the media after their eighth-straight loss.
Joseph was asked about how much talent is truly on the roster, or if responsibility for the team’s shockingly poor play is due to coaching.
“We have guys that push everyday,” Joseph said. “They work hard everyday, and they want to win. I can’t speak to our talent; that’s an off-season question. We can’t fix that now. We’ll see after the season.”
Joseph was also asked about the delay of game penalty the Broncos earned on the onside-kick attempt in the second half.
“On the onside kick? On ours? I don’t think we did.” Joseph questioned to himself. “Did we? Did we, really? I don’t recall that. I know we had the look we wanted.”
