Emmanuel Sanders is one tough dude, and has to be given credit for playing in this game at all, but not many people can survive a hit like this.

Sanders stayed down on the field for a few minutes before walking off on his own power, but you have to imagine that that will be the final play for Sanders this week.
The Broncos just have to hope that his injury isn’t serious enough to keep him out in future weeks.
For Broncos fans, though, it has to be at least a little frustrating that no penalty was called on the Chiefs, especially after seeing the Denver defense get flagged so often for personal foul penalties that looked not so different from that play.
Here’s what the MHS team and the Denver media at-large had to say about it…
On Sanders playing injured in the first place…
Emmanuel Sanders ankle appeared to give way a bit on that pass. Not sure could have been worst first for #Broncos. Trail 10-0.

#Broncos INT is on Sanders falling down, not Manning…. But on the previous play that should have been INT.. All on Manning.

And then getting more injured…
Oh boy. Sanders got crushed there. Still down on the field.

That is what is known in the NFL biz as a hospital ball. Cheap shot on Sanders. But awful throw by Manning.

Peyton Manning got ES murdered. You are watching the Titanic right now, folks

Thankfully, the Broncos had good news to report by the end of the game, at least as far as Sanders is concerned…
Broncos WR Emmanuel Sanders cleared his concussion evaluation and is probable to return.
