When you’re playing an elite offense with a banged up roster, there’s one thing you absolutely cannot do: Turn the ball over.
Apparently, Ronnie Hillman didn’t get the message.

On the Broncos second offensive snap of the game, Hillman broke through the first line of defense on rout to a first down, only to have the ball stripped as he went to the ground.
Two plays later, DeAngelo Williams ran the ball in on a 1-yard dive to give the Steelers a 7-0 lead. Once again, an error by the Broncos offense puts them at an early disadvantage.
Any more plays like that, and the Broncos may be out of the game quickly, no matter how great their defense is playing.
