Von Miller has quickly become a household name. Ask your grandma about him, and she’ll recognize him immediately as that man from Dancing with the Stars, Ellen or Live With Kelly and Michael.
But there’s one fact that most people don’t know about Miller (or tend to forget) and that’s that he’s a bit of a chicken connoisseur. Not only did he study Poultry Sciences at the University of Texas A&M, but he continues to raise chickens back home in Texas to this day.
He’s even gone so far as to name his chickens after his Denver Bronco teammates, saying on Live With Kelly and Michael that “I tried naming them like all the Broncos players. Peyton, DT, and DeMarcus, but after awhile I just kind of lost count.”

At least we know that if this whole long-term contract thing doesn’t work out, Miller’s got a backup plan. Everybody loves chickens!
