WTPU: Avalanche finish strong with franchise high in points for a season

The Colorado Avalanche ended the regular season with a 2-0 shutout win over the Seattle Kraken to finish with 121 points, the highest in franchise history.

Nick Blankenburg and Parker Kelly scored for the Avs. Scott Wedgewood earned his fourth shutout for the 2025-26 season.

Nathan MacKinnon finished the season with 53 goals, officially winning the Maurice “Rocket” Richard Trophy with the most goals in a season.

Goaltenders Scott Wedgewood and Mackenzie Blackwood won the William M. Jennings Trophy, presented to the netminder or netminders who play a minimum of 25 games for the team allowing the fewest goals during the regular season.
