After Games 1 and 2 looked similar to each other, Game 3 was the biggest challenge for the Colorado Avalanche against the Los Angeles Kings yet. It was not the Avs’ best effort, but they still found a way to win.
Josh Manson took an awkward hit against the Kings’ bench toward the end of the first period and went down the tunnel. He came back in the second period, played one full shift, took a penalty, and exited again, not to return.

Artturi Lehkonen had a two-point night with a short-hander and an assist on Gabriel Landeskog’s goal. Cale Makar scored a spectacular even-strength goal and Brock Nelson sealed the game with an empty-netter for the 4-2 final.
