The Colorado Avalanche clinched the No. 1 spots in the Central Division and the Western Conference with a win over the St. Louis Blues.
Valeri Nichushkin returned after missing the last game due to injury and scored two goals. Nicolas Roy also returned to the lineup after missing seven games.

Martin Necas scored the Avs’ other goal with an assist from Nathan MacKinnon.
Scott Wedgewood allowed only one goal from Robert Thomas, the Blues’ only goal-scorer against the Avs in their last two matchups.
