WTPU: Avalanche struggle to find balance in loss to Jets

It was not an exciting loss for the Colorado Avalanche to the Winnipeg Jets Saturday night at Ball Arena.

Colorado had 23 shots on goal, fewer than their season average of 33.6. Brock Nelson and Parker Kelly were the team’s only goal scorers, as Connor Hellebuyck had a strong performance against the Avs.

Head coach Jared Bednar shuffled a couple of players to test chemistry, but the team struggled to achieve a consistent balance.
