DENVER – The University of Denver men’s basketball team will continue its relationship with Mile High Sports Radio that will keep the Pioneers on AM 1340 KDCO through the 2015-16 men’s basketball season. The agreement also includes postseason basketball broadcasts.
In addition to the game broadcasts, AM 1340 also remains the home to the weekly “Joe Scott Radio Show.” DU fans can tune in Mondays during the season at a new time, 6-6:30 p.m., or join coach Scott at the Pioneer Restaurant, the longtime home of the show. As in the past, coach Scott will offer an inside look at the men’s team and answer questions from callers and fans in attendance. The Pioneer Restaurant is located on the south side of the DU campus at 2401 South University Blvd.
Raj Sharan will again serve as the play-by-play talent and host for the Pioneer game broadcasts. Sharan will be entering his second season as play-by-play voice for the men’s basketball team. Brad Thompson will host the Joe Scott Radio show for the second year in a row.
