2017 Accomplishments: Masten averaged nearly 23 points per game for the Jaguars, but he and his teammates were unsatisfied with 2017’s finish. A thrilling buzzer-beater got them into the Final 4, but their run ended at the hands of eventual champion Eaglecrest.
What’s in store for 2018: Failure will not stand. Before Masten heads to Greeley to play basketball at the University of Northern Colorado, he has unfinished business to take care of at the Denver Coliseum.
How last year’s run will make this year more successful: “You can never be satisfied with where you’re at. We got complacent making it to the Final 4. We went into that game just happy to be there.”
