It was cute following the Buffs Week 1 demolition of the Rams to see that Colorado earned a vote in the USA Today Coaches Poll. We even wrote a piece about it — it was a big step!
Well, that seems like a long time ago now, because after another blowout victory on Saturday, the University of Colorado didn’t just earn a vote; they earned a spot.
Ranked No. 23, CU had the largest jump of any team in the poll.

If the Buffs can take down USC on Saturday, expect them to jump inside the top 20.
