Hogan, a 6-foot-3, 218 pound QB in his third professional season, spent the last two years with the Cleveland Browns. Hogan signed with the Washington Redskins in the offseason and looked impressive this preseason.
Against the Broncos in the third preseason game, Hogan completed 7-of-9 pass attempts for 88 yards and two touchdowns. Then in Washington’s final exhibition on Aug. 30, Hogan led a game-winning drive to beat the Ravens.
In four games with the Browns in 2017, Hogan completed 46-of-75 pass attempts for 517 yards, five touchdowns and four interceptions.
