Building a great culture on the field and in a football organization is what all NFL coaches strive for, but for Denver Broncos special teams coach Brock Olivo, he’s looking even deeper at the small details to bring out the best in his players.
“It’s attention to detail,” said Olivo, as he addressed the media Friday. “I’ve got to dial in and get the guys focused. I’m trying to create a special teams culture here of a bunch of ass-kickers and I’ve got to get that — I’ve got to get that out of them.”
Olivo also spoke about his returners, Isaiah McKenzie putting in extra work to improve, how he’s raising his expectations and more.
