In the NFL, if you’re not making plays you likely won’t be in the league very long. So no one can fault Broncos running back C.J. Anderson for wanting the ball in his hands. As one of Denver’s key playmakers, Anderson isn’t going anywhere soon, but that doesn’t stop him from wanting more touches.
Anderson spoke with Eric Goodman and Les Shapiro on Wednesday and said he’s happy with how his unit is running the ball through four games, but as you’d expect, he’d like to have it in his hands on every play. That’s the sign of a true playmaker.
