Darcy Kuemper was a full participant among a completely healthy roster as the Avalanche returned to practice on Thursday at Family Sports.
The Avs had two days off following their first-round sweep of the Nashville Predators. Each of the other seven series will require at least a Game 6 to conclude. Colorado is awaiting the winner of the other Central Division series between St. Louis and Minnesota.

The Blues currently have a 3-2 series lead with Game 6 set at Enterprise Center on Thursday night.
Avs coach Jared Bednar said he’ll adjust his lineup based on who their next opponent is. Forward Alex Newhook missed the entire first round and Andrew Cogliano missed each of the last three games following an injury. On defense, Jack Johnson, Ryan Murray and Kurtis MacDermid did not dress in any of the four games.
“I liked what our guys did that were in the lineup so we didn’t make any changes going through that series,” Bednar said. But we’ll see who we’re playing and what the matchups look like.”
