Whichever side of the field Demaryius Thomas lines up on during training camp, he’s facing off with a Pro Bowl cornerback. It’s a good thing for Thomas, a three-time Pro Bowler in his own right. Squaring off with a pair of the best in the biz during practices every week gives Thomas a decided advantage on Sundays when his competition is often a step down. But Thomas won’t say which of his Pro Bowl defensive back teammates is better in his mind, Aqib Talib or Chris Harris Jr.
Thomas met with the media on Thursday following practice and said that he had his worst game as a pro against Talib when the former-Patriot was in New England, but qualified his answer saying that Harris defends in a variety of ways that make him incredibly tough. He stopped short of saying which one is better, but says he hates going against either one.
The guys from the BSN Denver Sports Desk tackled the same question on their show Friday morning. Listen to the full discussion, plus audio from Thomas, below.
