It’s reported by Adam Schefter of ESPN that the fear is a torn Achilles.
Broncos believe that WR Emmanuel Sanders tore his Achilles during practice today, per source. Team usually can tell right away, but it will conduct tests on Sanders to confirm. But early belief is torn Achilles.

Sanders took a hard, defenseless wide receiver hit Sunday but in his typical, tough style that fans appreciate, Sanders continued on and finished with four receptions for 19 yards. Sanders has been on and off the injury list in 2018, and after an ankle injury scare against Arizona, Sanders hasn’t been himself.
After recording three 100-plus yard efforts prior to that injury, Sanders has yet to break the 100-yard mark again.
Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders was helped to locker room by trainers just before the end of the open period in Wednesday's practice. It appeared to be a lower leg injury. https://t.co/DCg4AVZduC
