Denver Broncos defensive lineman Adam Gotsis was arrested in March of 2018 for allegedly raping a woman in Georgia when he was a member of the Georgia Tech football team back in 2013, an ongoing case that was updated on Monday.
A spokesman from the Fulton County DA’s office states that results of the investigation into Gotsis’s alleged incident were expected within 90 days and that time has passed — as reported by the Athletic’s Nicki Jhabvala — with no update..

Gotsis surrendered to authorities on March 7th, was never charged and released on $50,000 bond.
The victim reported the incident on February 1st of 2018 according to an Atlanta police report.
According to Adam Gotsis’ attorney, Manny Arora, they’ve received no update yet from the Fulton County District Attorney’s office on Gotsis' case.
