For the third time this year Broncos fans have set a new mark for the highest-attended training camp practice at UCHealth Training Center. For the first time ever, they eclipsed the 7,000 mark on Saturday.
According to EVP of Public and Community Relations Patrick Smyth, Denver set a new attendance record of 7,085 fans on hand for Saturday’s intra-squad scrimmage.

Broncos fans had previously topped the single-day mark of 5,507, set in 2015, when 6,016 came out on July 30. They bested that number on Friday when 6,567 came out.
The loudest cheer from the sea of orange-clad supporters came when All-Pro and Super Bowl 50 MVP linebacker Von Miller approached the crowd just ahead of the scrimmage and engaged them in a slow clap that escalated into a thunderous cheer.
The Broncos have three remaining practices open to the public in 2017. Monday, Tuesday (Aug. 7-8) and Saturday (Aug. 12). Parking lots open at 7 a.m. and gates open at 8 a.m. Practice begins at 9:30 a.m. all three days.
