The Denver Broncos shored up the defense and selected Florida State defensive end DeMarcus Walker with the 51st overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft.
Walker played four years at Florida State. He exploded in his senior season and finished with 16 total sacks in 13 games. He had 19.5 tackles for loss and added 45 tackles last season.
Walker joins Broncos defensive ends Derek Wolfe, Jared Crick and Adam Gotsis, among others.
