Yesterday was a day of celebration for the Denver Broncos, as they finally received their Super Bowl 50 rings after four months of anticipation. And while it was a private event, based on the Twitter and Instagram posts from the team and players, it looked to be a flawless ceremony.
Well … for everyone except Wade Phillips, at least.
The Ring Ceremony was great. Receiving the Ring was awesome. Seeing that they had the wrong name on my Ring, not so good.

Although it doesn’t show the error, we did get a pic of the hulking piece of bling.

Hopefully it’s an easy fix for the jewelers that crafted the ring. Otherwise the Broncos may be on the hook for an extra $30-40 thousand.
(UPDATE)
Good news … Wade Phillips is set to get a new ring.
No worries, Jostens will replace

Jostens admitted fault and said they’ll replace the ring. Let’s just hope the turnaround is a little quicker than four months.
As for what the incorrect ring said?
Wade Phillips' ring had "Peters" on the side. Rep from Jostens personally apologized. Wade expected to get a corrected ring within a week.

A quick Google search revealed that ‘Wade Peters’ is a a dermatologist from Pensacola. Hopefully he’s in the market for a 5.05 carat ring worth somewhere around $35-40K.
