It’s no secret that Justin Simmons is one of the best safeties in the league and an incredible player on the field, but it’s becoming more apparent by the day that he’s just as incredible off the gridiron.

On Tuesday, the Broncos safety announced the launch of his brand-new charity, the Justin Simmons Foundation, which will focus on helping youth in the region.

“This has been a work-in-progress for so long, and we’re so excited to finally announce it and to get this off the ground and to start changing lives in ways that we think will be super impactful,” Simmons said. “The Justin Simmons Foundation will primarily focus on youth initiatives. Initiatives including  health, education, hunger-relief and mentoring.”

The move shouldn’t come as a surprise, considering the incredible work Simmons has done in the community previously, at other charity events, and even at Denver’s Black Lives Matter protests.

“One of our goals is to bring people together in an effort to help those in need, so we’d love for you guys to join our efforts,” Tayrn Simmons, Justin’s wife, said.

If you are interested in donating or joining the cause, you can do so at JustinSimmonsFoundation.org.

“Any donation of at least $1,000 will receive a custom autographed jersey and a special frame to celebrate the start of the foundation,” Simmons added. There are only 31 available though, so Broncos fans better at quickly if they want one.

“You’re helping us push our dream in terms of really helping our youth in any way that we can and to empower them and to give them equal opportunities to have a great start-off in their life,” Simmons said.
