It’s been a long time since “Raiders Week” has meant this much. In fact, a large portion of this Denver Broncos team was probably too young to be playing football the last time the Oakland Raiders were a competent football franchise.
But someone who does remember the glory days, when the Silver and Black clashed with the Orange and Blue on national television with real stakes on the line, is Rod Smith, arguably the greatest receiver in Denver Broncos history. And on Saturday, he made sure to let Oakland, and the rest of the NFL, know who they’re dealing with.
It might hurt very bad. @broncos Sunday night NFL. Your team aint better than mine. So you might as well watch and see how it's done. pic.twitter.com/NkTSYJLN8W
